In the new building, upper floor: 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed with 2 mattresses 90x200cm and the other with 2 single beds 80x200cm), 1 living room with dining table and kitchenette, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces . Two extra beds or baby cribs can be placed in both bedrooms. The holiday apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.

The new two-story building is located between the old building and the two swimming pools. It was built with poroton bricks with 10 cm of polystyrene insulation and a natural stone facade in front.
