The living area is 37 square meters. The apartment has a very large roof terrace (72 square meters), which is shared with the neighboring apartment. A planter separates the two terraces. "Es Sostre" and "Sotil de Ponent" are also suitable to be rented together by friends or a larger family due to the large terrace. The name of the holiday flat means that provisions for the farming family were stored here, it was the west warehouse of the estate.
